Sedere is a sustainable café built around presence, envisioned as a space where people slow down, stay engaged, and share time with others. The system was designed to move away from transactional thinking and instead support a more meaningful experience. Removing to go orders became a core part of that strategy, reducing waste while reinforcing a slower, more intentional rhythm.
